Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of medspasourcing.com (the "Service"), operated by Evara Consulting LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.
The Service
MedspaSourcing is a deal-sourcing and screening tool. It compiles information about medical spa businesses from public sources to support acquisition research and target screening. The information is provided to help your own research; it is not legal, financial, tax, or investment advice, and it does not replace formal due diligence.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account. One account per person. You must be at least 18.
Subscriptions and billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe on a monthly or annual cycle and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account page; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
Credits
Unlocking a business profile spends credits. One credit is priced at one US dollar. Credits are granted with your subscription and through optional top-up purchases. Credits expire 12 months after they are granted. Credits are non-refundable and have no cash value. Credits spent to unlock a profile are not returned.
Acceptable use
The data is licensed to you for your own diligence and business-development use. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publish the data; scrape, crawl, or bulk-export the Service; share your account; or use the Service to send unlawful communications. You are responsible for using any contact information in compliance with applicable laws, including anti-spam and do-not-call rules.
Data accuracy
The information in the Service is aggregated from third-party public sources and is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it is accurate, current, or complete. Verify anything you rely on before acting on it.
Intellectual property
The Service, its database, and its compilation and presentation of data are owned by us and protected by law. These Terms grant you a limited, non-transferable right to use the Service; they do not transfer ownership.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Termination
We may suspend or close an account that violates these Terms. You may close your account at any time.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes take effect when posted, and the date above will be updated. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
